    Biography

    A skillful storyteller, Watson Parker taught history at the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, where he was awarded a Rosebush Professorship for excellence in teaching, professional achievement, and public service. Retired since 1986, he again lives in the Black Hills where he grew up and continues to research the history of the region.
