Biography Nancy Tystad Koupal is director of Research and Publishing for the South Dakota State Historical Society. Her books include Our Landlady (a collection of Baum’s newspaper columns of the same name) and editorial work on Finding Lewis and Clark: Old Trails, New Directions and Baums' Road to Oz. She is also northern plains editor of the Encyclopedia of the Great Plains. |
